Last I heard they were to close financing in February 2009. But haven't heard if they achieved that yet or not.

Nope - I don't have any information on the status. Wish I knew. Maybe I should take a trip over to Naga, knock on the door and see if they'll let me in to look around. But seriously, if I find out something, I'll let you know.
